CANBERRA

AI FOR BUSINESS

Less admin. More time.

Powerful AI, put to work for you.

Nordlith helps Canberra businesses put AI to work on emails, routine administration and follow-ups—connected to the tools you already use, with your team in control.

01 / THE WORK

A convincing answer is not enough for controlled work

A policy question may depend on the current document version, the reader’s access and a decision only an authorised person can make. We scope the assistant around those conditions. Deliverables can include an approved-source inventory, a source-linked answer draft, access tests and a handover guide showing when the assistant must ask for review.

02 / THE WORK

Illustrative example: Find the policy, then prepare the response

A staff member asks how a proposed request should be handled. The assistant searches the approved document set, cites the relevant version and prepares a draft for the responsible reviewer. If two documents disagree, it shows the conflict. It does not treat an old policy or an inaccessible file as permission to answer. The reviewer owns the final interpretation and any external response.

03 / THE WORK

Choose a practical first step

Start with one knowledge or administrative workflow. Compare a workflow review, systems integration and AI-assisted work. Delivery is remote, with your Canberra process owner and IT contact.

01

Find the right starting point

Choose this when you know work is getting stuck but have not decided what to change.

First deliverable: A workflow review and a prioritised first scope.

What you bring: One recurring task, current tools and a redacted example.

Owner: Your process owner agrees priorities and what success looks like.

Support boundary: A decision brief, not an assumed build or support contract.

02

Connect the tools you already use

Choose this when staff re-key information or chase updates between tools.

First deliverable: A connection design with clear approval and exception handling.

What you bring: An example input and output, current systems and access requirements.

Owner: Your system owner approves the connection; your team retains important decisions.

Support boundary: Agree implementation and ongoing ownership separately.

03

Put AI to work on information

Choose this when documents or messages need organising, checking or a prepared response.

First deliverable: An AI-assisted first workflow using agreed sources and human review.

What you bring: Non-sensitive examples and the decisions people must retain.

Owner: Your named reviewer approves consequential actions and accepts the handover.

Support boundary: Agree monitoring, escalation and support before release.

04 / THE WORK

What to bring to discovery

Prepare a redacted policy question and the approved source versions that the assistant will search. Define the reader groups and disclosure limits that determine who can access specific document content. Provide an example of conflicting documents so the workflow can show the conflict rather than guess. List the procurement and hosting requirements that must be confirmed before sharing sensitive material.

05 / THE WORK

Agree the access requirements before sharing material

We offer remote discovery for Canberra organisations. Start with a redacted workflow and the organisation’s access requirements; do not send classified or sensitive records in an enquiry. A public-sector engagement may require procurement eligibility, clearances or hosting controls that must be confirmed separately. We do not claim those qualifications by offering business AI services.

06 / THE WORK

Bring one question that currently takes too long to answer

Identify its approved sources, the person allowed to decide and the evidence they need. That defines a more useful first assistant than uploading every document at once.

Before we start.

Does offering Canberra delivery imply government accreditation?

No, offering remote discovery for Canberra organisations does not imply government accreditation. A public-sector engagement may require procurement eligibility, clearances, or hosting controls that must be confirmed separately. We do not claim those qualifications by offering business AI services.

What if the approved documents disagree?

The assistant shows the conflict rather than treating an old policy or inaccessible file as permission to answer. It cites the relevant version and prepares a draft for the responsible reviewer, who owns the final interpretation and any external response. The workflow does not guess when sources disagree.
