Nordlith helps Central Coast NSW businesses put AI to work on emails, routine administration and follow-ups—connected to the tools you already use, with your team in control.
A useful personal shortcut is not yet a business process
One staff member has a prompt that works; another uses a different tool; neither output reaches the shared task list reliably. Buying more seats does not settle the handoff. The decision is whether the team needs training, a consistent operating routine, or a connection between systems. Start with one recurring task that someone else must be able to take over.
Buy the missing layer, not a second tool stack
Illustrative workflow: turn a meeting into owned follow-through
- Use an approved meeting note as input; recording or transcription is a separate consent decision.
- Prepare proposed actions with an owner, due-date wording and a link to the note.
- Have a reviewer resolve vague commitments and confirm which shared task list is authoritative.
- Create only approved tasks through a verified interface, then check the destination and flag failures.
A useful test asks a second employee to run the process from the written instructions. It also checks that a vague 'next week' is not silently converted into an agreed deadline.
What the working team should bring
- The workspace product and edition, not credentials.
- One redacted note, the resulting task list and a missed-action example.
- The person who reviews actions and a cover arrangement for absence.
- Rules for ownership, dates, duplicates and cancelled commitments.
- A way to count corrections and unresolved actions—not just generated summaries.
Keep the first enquiry general. Do not send passwords, tokens or confidential customer records.
Remote delivery designed for handover, not dependency
Central Coast NSW teams can work with Nordlith remotely. Involve both a workflow owner and an everyday user in demonstrations. Agree training, operating instructions and who handles failures before rollout; meeting availability and any onsite requirement need confirmation in scope.
Before you decide.
Is this Copilot or Gemini consulting?
The starting point is your workflow and approved tools. Existing workspace capabilities may be enough; platform choice and licensing need assessment before any implementation promise.
Can the assistant assign work automatically?
Only within deliberately approved rules. In this example, people confirm commitments before tasks are created and the destination is checked afterwards.
How will we know the team has adopted it?
Test whether another user can run the routine, find failed items and correct a draft. Usage counts alone do not show that the handoff improved.
Continue from the decision.
